Consider pre-ordering breakfast for the best selection. The homemade yogurt and unique bread options were delightful.

Such a welcoming place! Stuart made my arrival so pleasant. My room, number 2, had a charming bird wallpaper and was spotless. Loved the fridge stocked with fresh milk and bottled water. The shower had plenty of hot water, and the bathroom was well-sized. The location is super convenient, just a short walk to the bus station, making it easy to explore. I could smell the breakfast from my room, and it looked amazing, even though I didn't try it. The only hiccup was the noise from the seagulls. they're really chatty in the mornings! Not a dealbreaker, but something to think about if you're a light sleeper.

The Super King Room offered excellent coffee choices and a jar of sweets, making the stay feel homey. The breakfast options were massive with standout fried bread that amazed my taste buds.
Towels could be larger for added comfort, and parking might require a bit of maneuvering to find a spot nearby. Some might find the squawking of seagulls early in the morning a nuisance, but it's the seaside, after all.

A hidden gem in Hunstanton! 🌊🏡
Stuart was so warm, like a chommie from back home! The room was spotless with the cutest bird wallpaper, and I loved the fridge with fresh milk. Brekkie smelled divine, even though I didn’t have it. Perfect spot near the bus station, and easy walks to the beach. Lekker!
Seagulls wake you early—ag man, they can be noisy!

great stay but slight noise issue
The double room was exceptionally clean and came with a mini fridge stocked with fresh milk and water. Breakfast options were impressive, with an array of delightful offerings, including fresh eggs and homemade pastries. The guesthouse's location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and nearby cafes.
The early morning seagull noise could be bothersome for light sleepers.
